Supplier Certificate Workshop
Need to get all of your suppliers compliant to AS9100 or ISO 9001? Our certification workshops can get your entire supply base compliant and audit ready in 20 weeks. Increase compliance, improve quality performance, and reduce Cost of Poor Quality. Our pricing makes it an easy choice for all parties.

The Process
Our 20 Week Certification Workshops offer a unique approach to certification. Typically, consultants work 1-1 with companies to train and implement. We've take that same training, standardized it, and provide it as a group training that is scalable to support your entire supply base. Our workshops provide a robust training program that ensures each company is knowledgeable on the Standard and their QMS, while also fully engaged in the actual implementation process.

Gap Assessment
Your supply base is diverse and has various levels of a QMS in place. Some may have a certified QMS in place, some may not have anything. We work with you to determine which of your suppliers:
- Are compliant and do not need further certification activity.
- Are not compliant and should proceed with a Certification Workshop
- Either compliant or not-compliant but need a targeted supplier development plan or transition plan.

The Workshop
Workshops are held weekly for 20wks. Each Week includes one training/implementation session and one office hours session. Each workshop includes training on the standard, training on how to implement, and homework for what each company needs to go do.
- AS9100/lSO 9001 Quality Manual
- Documented procedures, work instructions, and forms
- Weekly Training & Implementation Sessions
- Training materials and records
- Weekly Office Hours
- Internal auditor training
- Registrar au It preparation

Internal Audit
If the supplier already has a certified auditor, then they can proceed directly with the internal audit once the workshops are complete. If they need an internal auditor, the supplier will designate who will need to complete our internal auditor training. The supplier auditor will then perform the internal audit.
- Determine if supplier is ready for the registrar audit or if additional implementation support is needed.
- After audit is passed, supplier will proceed to scheduling the audit.
- Internal Audit Report

Registrar Audit
Once the supplier has completed the entire workshop and have passed their internal audit, they will schedule the registrar audit. We will assist in providing a list of registrars each can use. Our workshops also provide details on the process to ensure they are comfortable and fully prepared to pass the audit.
- Supplier has the processes in place to maintain compliance and improve quality performance.
- Supplier achieves certification

Options for the Customer and Supplier
In addition to the time commitment and knowledge required, cost is often a major inhibitor of certification. Our workshops not only aim to implement a robust & compliant QMS with each supplier, but also in a cost effective manor.
- Supplier pays for the entire cost. Cost can be subtracted from PO's.
- Customer pays for their suppliers to get certified.
- Customer can pay for part of the implementation to reduce the burden on their supply base.
