The Process
Our hybrid approach eliminates the "blank page" syndrome of traditional QMS development by combining AI with expert-led instruction. We start by capturing your unique operational DNA through our AI-driven interview and document generator, then guide you through 18 structured sessions to ensure every procedure is understood, implemented, and ready for the auditor’s arrival.
Kick Off & Document Generation
After you sign up, you will do a self assessment to give us an idea of what QMS currently looks like for you and what your end goals are. Prior to the start of the Cohort Sessions, you will receive prework activities and further details about the sessions. Key Prework Activity:
- Setup Account
- Complete AI QMS Interview
- Migrate and Setup Existing QMS Data
The Workshop Sessions
Sessions are held twice a week for 9 weeks. Each week includes two training & implementation sessions and one office hours session. Each session includes training on the standard, training on how to implement, and homework for what each company needs to go do. You will also have time for Q&A. Key Deliverables:

Internal Audit
Auditing will be a key activity for each company in regards to maintaining compliance after you are certified. We will provide auditor training to equip you and your team with the ability to do your auditing. However, we can provide this as a service as well if you would like a 3rd party to verify your system.
- Internal Audit Report
- Determine if you are ready for the registrar audit or if additional implementation support is needed.
- After internal audit is passed, we will proceed to scheduling the audit.
Registrar Audit
Once you have completed the cohort sessions and have passed your internal audit, you will schedule the registrar audit. We will assist in providing a list of registrars you can contact. Our sessions also provide details on the process to ensure they are comfortable and fully prepared to pass the audit. Outcome:
- Achieve certification
