You pick Free, Basic or Pro. Whatever you choose, every record you created stays visible and exportable. What can a read-only seat do? Read-only seats can open and read records but never change anything, and they cannot approve. Can we pay annually? Yes, on Pro. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect the same day, with a credit for unused time. Do the AI features cost extra? No. AI tools are included on Pro, with their own monthly allowances.
